Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter has spoken out about how her mum’s marriage to Michael Jackson impacted their family.

Riley Keough is the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and Danny Keough, who were married from 1988 to 1994. The eldest grandchild of Elvis, she has followed in her family’s footsteps in becoming an actor, known for roles in TV shows and films like Daisy Jones & the Six, The Girlfriend Experience and American Honey.

Following her split from Danny, Lisa Marie was married to the ‘Thriller’ singer from 1994 to 1996.

And during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Riley reflected on those two years with Jackson as her stepdad.

“Our life wasn’t crazier because that was already there. That already existed, like the press and the crazy, the paparazzi and, you know, all that,” she explained.

“But … I think when [Lisa Marie Presley] saw Michael’s life, there were things that he had that she didn’t have. She didn’t have a plane at the time, or things like that.”

Riley recalled how it made her mum think she ‘should have a plane’ and other things, meaning their life ‘in that way kind of got bigger.’

“Before that, she was with my dad, and their life was very simple … she didn’t have 10 million assistants. She didn’t need all of that, and I think that changed,” the actor added.

Riley was only about five-years-old when her mum married Jackson and when the marriage happened, it wasn’t long since the singer had first been investigated by police.

Jackson had been accused of sexual abuse by families of four kids, he denied the allegations and was later acquitted.

Riley said she was ‘never told anything’ about these accusations while the pair were married.

“I would imagine that my dad was really heartbroken and reading the news, and… I would imagine he said all kinds of things to my mum that we didn’t know about,” she told host Alix Earle.

“The way my parents parented was very much like, ‘We don’t fight around the kids. We don’t ever say anything around them.’ We didn’t know about any allegations. We had no awareness of that.”

Lisa Marie died in January 2023 and Riley completed her memoir for her, From Here to the Great Unknown, which was released in October 2024.

The daughter of the renowned playboy known as the ‘Candyman’ has spoken up on his way of life, revealing how it was to grow up in the Candy Shop Mansion.

Tobacco multi-millionaire Travers Beynon is known for owning the wildly successful tobacco franchise known as FREECHOICE, and also for living a lavish lifestyle to the point where he’s known as ‘Australia’s Hugh Hefner’.

He is known to throw massive parties at his ‘Candy Shop Mansion’, earning the nickname ‘The Candyman’ from his wife and girlfriends. Yes, that’s plural.

The entrepreneur has previously revealed his extensive rules for his numerous girlfriends while living in his luxurious mansion, though him and his wife Taesha have slowly grown out of their hectic lifestyle in the past year or so.

He had previously spoken about how he balances his girlfriends with his wife, as he revealed that they all get along, in part to his family activities that everyone must take part in.

“If you’re in as a girlfriend you’re part of the family,” he began to explain.

“We have a compulsory family dinner on Sunday nights with everyone and we all sit down we fill two large tables and I take everyone’s mobile phones and put them in another room.”

The Candyman said that everyone is there without fail, and after their meal, they go to the cinema room and watch a movie together. Unorthodox but if it works, it works.

In terms of how it worked in the bedroom, he admitted: “We all sleep in the same bed, and we are sexually all together. It’s all together – that’s one way of keeping it under control.”

But in 2019, the Candyman’s now 22-year-old daughter, Lucciana Beynon, spoke out about her upbringing, saying the mansion was a ‘normal family home‘.

In an interview, she revealed: “Nothing I see is a surprise to me, my dad is very open about what he does, and I accept and love him for who he is.”

She has three siblings, and they all live at the infamous $3.7 million (£1.9 million) mansion with their father and his many partners.

However, Lucciana has said that her father is not ‘sexist’ for his polyamorous lifestyle, saying: “I think it’s funny that people accuse him of objectifying women,” adding that it’s actually the opposite.

She is also supportive of her father’s multiple partners and her stepmother Taesha, saying that any relationship is ‘acceptable’ if it is between consenting adults.

Despite her father’s success, Lucciana says that he is ‘old fashioned’, as he made sure that none of them took money for granted, despite their surroundings.

“Dad was very, very strict with us – more than any other dad I know – with manners, respect, maturity, and hard work, all the things that made us who we are today,” she stated.

Lucciana has over 337,000 Instagram followers and has fulfilled her dream of becoming a model, having previously spoken about her ambition to become one when she was younger.

“When I finish school I’ll still be 17, so as soon as I turn 18 I’m going to move to America forever,” she told the Gold Coast Bulletin in 2017.

“I want to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel and then ultimately become a supermodel.”

An adult film star has come out and revealed what life is like in the adult industry, revealing the clause written into her contract that must always be followed.

Many believe that the porn industry is full of gross guys, wild, uncontrollable orgies and women being pressured into doing things, but one star has come out to address these claims.

Maitland Ward might be best known for her role on TV show Boy Meets World, but the actress is now known for her role in adult movies, which she began to pursue in 2019.

The 2022 XBIX Porn Performer of the Year spoke out about the popular belief that the industry is an unsafe place following the release of a graphic movie called Pleasure in 2021.

Directed by Ninja Thyberg, a Swedish feminist, the film explores the dark side of adult film-making, following aspiring porn star Bella Cherry (Sofia Kappel), who is pressured to fight her nerves and doubts as she gets cold feet in the lead up to her first scene.

Men in the film are framed as gross and sleazy, half-drooling over the new adult stars, making them feel uncomfortable in the lead up to the shoot.

However, 45-year-old Ward claimed the exact opposite of the industry.

She revealed that because of how experienced the crew are, they aren’t affected at all by the X-rated scenes in front of them.

Speaking to The Sun, the actress said: “Most of the guys are so bored with it, they’ve seen it all a million times. They’re probably thinking about what to have for lunch or picking up the kids from school.

“Honestly no one is staring at you drooling, there are no seedy guys jerking off in the corner. It’s a job. We enjoy it, but it’s a job.”

Ward first appeared in US soap The Bold and the Beautiful in the 90s’, but her role in Boy Meets World from 1998-2000 really pushed her into the mainstream.

She was told she was ‘too old to be sexy’ by Hollywood directors, which prompted her to make a career switch, in which she claimed: “I have never ever in a million years been pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do by a male director or a male performer.

“In the sets I have always been on, if you say no, the rule is the filming stops with no questions asked.”

She says that there are now strict rules and clauses in contracts to protect stars while filming movies, going on to explain: “People think a porn set is like some wild orgy 24/7 but it’s not – it’s more controlled than you could imagine.

“All the sexual positions have to be agreed on, written down, in black and white. You agree in writing to have sex on film and exactly what that sex will be.”

“You have to say you’re not under the influence of anything or anyone,” she continued.

“Even the celebrity sex tapes these days, if that film is in a store being sold with a cover and everything, then they would have had to agree to that.”

She also said that it is a very physically demanding job, as people may need breaks at times, with water on hand if necessary.

“Believe me it’s hard work. If you’re doing 45 minutes of acrobatic sex with two guys it can be a lot of hard work.

“It’s like a dance routine – like for ice skaters, for example, it’s a routine, you’re performing to the cameras,” she compared.

Despite her day job, Ward is happily married to Terry Baxter, a real estate agent who supports her career and endeavours.

The former soap star also revealed that the number of guys she has sex with for her job is limited, due to the small pool of top male performers.

“My girlfriends tease me saying, ‘Oh my God you must be having sex with all these different guys all day every day’.

“But let me tell you, there are about 15 top male performers in this industry and you get to work with the same ones again and again.

“There actually isn’t that much variety,” she surprisingly unveiled.

Rebel Wilson has opened up about various chapters of her life in her upcoming book Rebel Rising – including losing her virginity at the age of 35.

The 44-year-old’s memoir is due to release on 2 April and Wilson has already been discussing some of what’s contained within.

One of the chapters is dedicated to someone she worked with who she claims was an ‘a**hole’, later revealing that she had written about Sacha Baron Cohen, whose representatives have denied the claims and called them ‘demonstrably false’.

A spokesperson for Baron Cohen told The Hollywood Reporter: “While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage, and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of The Brothers Grimsby.”

Something else contained within the pages of Rebel Rising is the revelation that Wilson lost her virginity at the age of 35, but often tried to avoid the subject when her friends were discussing it because she was ’embarrassed’.

Speaking to People, she explained that she’s hoping to send a ‘positive message’ that might help reassure young people ‘not everybody has to lose their virginity as a teenager’.

“People can wait till they’re ready or wait till they’re a bit more mature,” the Pitch Perfect star said.

“And I think that could be a positive message. You obviously don’t have to wait until you’re in your thirties like me, but you shouldn’t feel pressure as a young person.

“There was one vague time, I think I told my best friend, ‘Oh, yeah, I just did it to just get it over with when I was like 23,’ just to really avoid the questions.

“Normally I would just leave the room when the conversation was happening, and then the people that said, ‘Oh, at 24, it’s so late.’

“And then I’m sitting here thinking, ‘Oh my God, my number’s 35. What the hell? I’m going to look like the biggest loser.'”

Wilson also reckons if she’d been born a couple of decades later, she might have had a ‘very different’ exploration of her own sexuality.

She said: “It’s absolutely incredible, if I had been born 20 years later, I probably would’ve explored my sexuality more. I just knew I was attracted to men, and that was the normal thing.

“And so when I started opening myself up probably more after my father’s death and realizing, oh, even though I’d seen marriage as a terrible thing and waste of time, I started opening myself up to that.

“And then only years later, meeting women and having feelings for a woman, and that, I just think it’s a sign of where society kind of was.”

Wilson is engaged to fashion designer Ramona Agruma, and in 2022, she welcomed first child Royce Lillian via surrogate.
